At [the square], we’re cultivating a fresh take on the maker-space/co-working concept, geared towards musicians, digital creators across disciplines, and creative professionals at all stages of their careers.

We provide the tools, resources, and network of professional support for you to realize your creative vision, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, community-building, and education.

Our offerings and schedule are still in development as we are committed to dynamically responding to the needs and interests of our creative community — which means it’s an awesome time to get involved and help make [the square] what you want it to be!

• For songwriters, bands, and podcasters who want to produce high-quality recordings, we offer a hybrid setup using a 32-channel analog console with plug-and-play digital conversion, and all the mics & gear you’ll need to get started.

• For videographers and photographers, we offer a spacious room with high ceilings and an array of amenities including lights, tripods, green screen, and even cameras, plus a projector & screen to showcase your work with a screening or presentation.

• For creators curious to explore the cutting-edge of media production, we have tools available to produce spatial audio & video experiences, and you can even take a test drive on one of our VR headsets.

• We also provide education & training on all of the above, with financial aid available for qualifying applicants through Equal Measure Arts — our affiliated nonprofit, which automatically receives 10% of all unsubsidized income at [the square].
